Step into the Divaville Lounge on Sunday, January 25 from 2-4 pm for our regularly scheduled program of great jazz and pop vocalists, big band and lounge/exotica.

Ring in the New Year with two great hours of Latin music, Divaville Lounge style! WXDU's own Latin music expert, Santa Salsera, returns to share her wealth of knowledge and spin swinging tunes from her amazing music library. We'll hear Latin music performed by Divaville Lounge favorites and legends like Machito and the Mambo Kings. Tune in on January 18 from 2-4 pm for a program that will be mucho caliente!

Be sure to listen to Santa Salsera's WXDU program, Azucar y Candela, every Wednesday night from 6-8pm, and check out her blog about the local Latin music scene, Onda Carolina.

MGM star Ricardo Montalban died on January 14. Turner Classic Movies will be airing a tribute to Montalban with seven of his movies on Friday, January 23. The movies will include Divaville Lounge favorites Fiesta, Neptune's Daughter, Latin Lovers, and Battleground. Click here for the schedule of TCM's Ricardo Montalban tribute.

This program will feature a tribute to the music of Eartha Kitt, who died on December 25, and an interview with Sammy Davis Jr. impersonator Kenny Jones, currently performing in Raleigh in The Rat Pack is Back.
