Step into the Divaville Lounge on Sunday, November 25 from 3-5 pm for our regularly scheduled program of great jazz and pop vocalists, big band and lounge/exotica.

We kick off the holiday season with a novelty Christmas song by William Hardy and Billy Moore. It was recorded by Ella Fitzgerald in 1960, then languished in obscurity until it was rereleased on Verve's Yule Be Miserable compilation about ten years ago. "Santa Claus Got Stuck in My Chimney" is a fun, funny song that deserves to be remembered at Christmastime.

Step into the Lounge on November 18 from 3-5 pm, as we celebrate the birthday of Johnny Mercer. Born on November 18, 1909, Johnny Mercer was an incredibly talented lyricist, composer, singer, and American legend.

During his tremendous career Mercer wrote over 1,000 songs and received 18 Academy Award Best Song nominations. We'll hear some of his best songs, sung by Divaville Lounge favorites. Join us for two hours of Johnny Mercer. It will be too marvelous for words!
